Constructed in 1996, the Mississippi Sports Hall of Fame facility includes a conference center along with a museum and interactive experience focusing on athletes from the State of Mississippi. Also a part of the facility are many display areas showcasing memorabilia, interactive video and a highlight kiosk showing past performances of many athletes, and a large video area for watching live events.
