Project included a free standing medical clinic with 5,000 square feet for physicians offices, clinic rooms, radiology, blood lab and diagnostic services. Once completed the facility accommodated two family practice physicians and provided care during weekdays and after hour services. First medical facility family practice for Baptist Health Services in Reservoir area.
