Sulphur Springs earned the company a Gold 2020 Merit Award from the Associated Builders and Contractors of Mississippi Chapter. It was designed by Dale Partners Architects, P.A. that included a new Health Center, Open Air Pavilion, and Restroom Facility.

The Health Center consists of a raised concrete foundation to accent the 30” of natural stacked stone from the ground elevation to the underside of the wrap around porch, wood framing with pre-finished Hardie Board siding accented by a natural stacked stone front entrance and 4 front tapered columns comprised of natural stacked stone. The remainder of the columns around the building were 10×10 stained cypress columns with stained tongue and groove porch ceilings. The interior consists of stained concrete floors, a Great Room including tongue and groove wood walls and a tongue and groove vaulted wood ceiling accented by stained wood beams. It also includes a commercial kitchen and appliances. The Pavilion construction was comprised of a broomed concrete slab with steel columns wrapped by tapered natural stacked stone that support a fully engineered stained heavy timber truss system capped by stained 2” tongue and groove decking overlayed with an architectural metal roof.
